The Four Guptas
Why I’m Sharing This
This log is not a legal record. It is a healing document.
- I grew up in a family where pain was not random — it was patterned.
- The abuse I experienced included beatings, neglect, coercion, and long-form psychological control.
- I experienced this not as isolated cruelty, but as a system: the home, the company, the code, and cultural validation acting together.
- The four people I name here — Suraksha, Prabodh, Varad, and Toolika — functioned as a team in my life.
What changed for me over time:
- I stopped reading this as private shame and started reading it as structural violence inside a respectable family shell.
- I began to see a repeating pattern: respectability on the surface, extraction underneath, defended by schools, companies, and foreign recognition.
My purpose:
- Speaking the truth untangles silence.
- Mapping the pattern shows me it wasn’t my fault.
- This is not revenge. It is reclaiming my story and breaking invisibility.
- I am showing how family abuse and global power systems are never separate in practice.
1) Child Abuse Complaint (Web Version)
This is a readable web-format version of my complaint. It is not a court filing here. It is my statement.
To Whomsoever it may concern
Subject: Formal Complaint Against Suraksha Gupta, Toolika Gupta, Prabodh Gupta, and Varad Gupta
I am writing to register a complaint against four members of my family — Dr. Suraksha Gupta, Toolika Gupta, Prabodh Gupta, and Varad Gupta — for a sustained pattern of abuse, neglect, and psychological manipulation spanning my entire life. This pattern includes child abuse, domestic violence, neglect during infancy, emotional and financial coercion, and obstruction of my career path through corrupt practices.
What follows is a chronological account of specific incidents and patterns that I recall with clarity and confidence.
2) Chronological Account (Collapsible)
Open each phase for detail. This format is built for fast navigation and readability.
Phase 1 — Infancy & Early Childhood
- I developed hemorrhoids due to repeated neglect under Toolika Gupta’s care (left on toilet for hours, almost daily).
- Varad Gupta caused repeated injury riding a bicycle through potholes; my complaints were ignored and I was yelled at.
Phase 2 — 1992–1998 (Janakpuri): Forced Labor, School Absence, Abuse
- Made to pack SPSS boxes instead of being allowed to play.
- Forced to skip school to accompany Suraksha Gupta to JL Computers, Kalkaji; made to sit idle all day.
- Left alone after hours at Sumermal Jain Public School; no adult came to collect me.
- Care delegated to relatives or employees/founders of Keen & Able Computers (Kannan, Vinay Bindal, Pawan, Vikas Ganoorkar).
- Beaten by Suraksha Gupta, Varad Gupta, and others; forced to do up to 1,000 sit-ups at age six.
- Yogesh Khaneeja crushed my face with both hands and lifted me off the ground; no adult intervened.
Phase 3 — 1998–2003 (DPS Greater Noida): Escalation & Exploitation
- Frequent beatings from Suraksha Gupta (6th grade: relationship permanently broke).
- Locked in room for hours/days for “not doing homework” (7th grade).
- At age 12, made to work for Systems Research Pvt. Ltd. (database building, cold calls, event work).
- Discouraged from cricket and guitar; Varad Gupta told me I could never be a cricketer due to asthma.
- Suraksha Gupta threw a laptop at me (2001–2003 period).
- Tuition teachers secretly gave me part of their inflated fees so I could buy food and rent movies/games while grounded.
- Denied Arts stream despite scoring above 83% in Class 10; coerced into Science with ultimatum to leave home at 15.
- This ultimatum preceded the start of smoking and drinking, later used against my credibility.
Phase 4 — 2003–2005 (Mayo College): Forced Return & Missing Record
- Forced admission to Mayo College despite being enrolled at Tapasya Jaipur.
- Ran away from Ajmer to Delhi at 15; complaints dismissed; coerced to return.
- December 2003: police intervention became necessary; I state the record is now missing from school files.
Phase 5 — 2005–2006 (Manipal + Displacement Abroad)
- Sent to Sikkim Manipal after coercion and academic humiliation; pressured toward IIT repeatedly.
- Received a distress call re: Samsung India vs Redington ₹100 crore fraud case; told family members could face prison and money was set aside for me.
- Samsung representative Vivek Prakash reportedly sentenced; Prabodh Gupta and Suraksha Gupta reportedly not held accountable.
- I cannot prove wrongdoing; I believe it warrants scrutiny by investigative authorities.
- Requested independence + law at Amity Noida; instead I was forcibly taken to England against my wishes.
Phase 6 — Ongoing Pattern into Adulthood
- Coercion, neglect, financial control, and reputational damage continued into adulthood.
- Repeated framing of my pursuit of justice as “revenge.”
- Continued attempts to undermine my credibility and deny financial independence.
Sincerely,
Shashwat Gupta
3) Structural Reading: Colonial Hangover Notes
Core observation (my model):
- Extraction has shifted from matter (cotton, opium, indigo) to meaning (talent, data, code, legitimacy).
- The mechanism stays invisible because it passes as education, employment, or progress.
- Respectability becomes insulation. Networks become shields. The witness becomes “unstable.”
How I place each person functionally (not morally):
- Suraksha: domestic enforcement + paperwork + dependency (appearance over reality; bank statements, legibility control).
- Prabodh: corporate-bureaucratic brokerage (HR/CSR framing, network legitimacy, invisibility of responsibility).
- Varad: technical brokerage (integration into foreign-governed stacks; training pipeline into Western protocols).
- Toolika: cultural-academic legitimization (Western certification + French recognition; soft power validation layer).
I present this as a structural reading, not proof of coordination. My claim is about compatibility: how incentives, legitimacy, and networks can align to suppress exposure and maintain control.
Appendix: The Wider System Map (This Website)
I treat the rest of this website as an appendix to Section 3. The broader map (nations and institutions) is the external architecture that my family system plugged into or mirrored.
- The country pages describe functional roles (norms, force, value, production).
- The IBM / Red Hat / SPSS / Tata pages describe the administrative stack (knowledge → execution → compliance → localization).
- The frameworks pages explain the lenses I use to keep the analysis readable and testable (luncheon vs acteon, concentric systems, abstraction, compliance).
If Section 3 is the internal mechanism, the rest of the site is the external operating environment.
